Mobile / Slots
8999but is a private member support hub shaped around how you actually move between sessions — slots, live tables, crash games — all on the same phone you use for bKash and Nagad. Every account control, from session limits to wallet verification, sits where you can reach it without digging through menus.
When we designed this platform, we started with one question: what does a Bangladesh player actually need between sessions? Not a lobby full of noise, but a clear path from wallet to game and back again. Your bKash balance, your session history, your account limits — these are the details that matter before you commit to a round of Crash Lightning or sit down at a Baccarat Speeddial table. We built the account layer so that Nagad and Rocket transfers show up in your transaction record the same way every time, no guesswork about where the money went. The wallet section in your account shows each deposit reference alongside the method used, so you can check any transfer against your mobile statement without contacting support. Our game content comes from studios including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, CQ9, PlayStar, JDB, and Spadegaming. That means the titles in your lobby — BPL Powerplay Slots, Teen Patti Express, Football Goalrush — are drawn from a catalogue with a published provider behind each one. We keep that visible in the lobby so you know exactly what you are opening before you load a session.
These numbers reflect the structural reality of how 8999but is configured — the game categories available, the access paths, the language support, and the support routes that are published for account holders. None of these figures are estimates.

Account questions move faster when you know which route to take. We publish three contact paths visible to signed-in members. If your issue is wallet-related — a bKash deposit not reflecting, a Rocket reference you need confirmed — the live chat route connects you to the team that handles transaction records directly. For account settings and session control changes, the account help section inside your profile is the first place to check before opening a ticket.
Available from the account dashboard for signed-in members. Use this route for wallet queries, including bKash and Nagad deposit references that need manual confirmation against your transaction record.
Inside your profile, the account help section covers session controls, limit adjustments, and wallet verification steps. Check here first for self-service changes before raising a support request.
Published in the footer for members who need a written record of their query. Useful for formal account requests, identity verification follow-ups, and Rocket payment documentation.
Trust at 8999but is not a claim we make in a banner — it is built into the account structure. Session controls are in your profile, not buried in a policy page. Wallet records tie each Nagad or bKash transaction to a reference you can cross-check on your phone. The studios supplying game content are published in the lobby, so you can verify who built the title you are loading. And our support routes are listed for signed-in members, not hidden behind a chatbot maze.
Every bKash, Nagad, and Rocket deposit generates a reference visible in your account wallet history. Cross-check it against your mobile statement at any time — no support ticket needed for that step.
Game content in the lobby comes from six named studios: PlayStar, CQ9, Microgaming, JDB, Pragmatic Play, and Spadegaming. You can see the provider label on each title before you open a session.
Limit settings and cool-off options sit inside your account profile, reachable in two taps from the lobby. We do not require a support request to access the controls that govern your own session behaviour.
Support paths — live chat, account help, and email — are published inside the signed-in member area. We do not route account queries through generic contact forms that lose wallet-specific context.
The difference between a generic platform and 8999but comes down to how account management is structured. A broad platform puts payment help in the footer and session controls in a buried settings tab. We built the opposite: wallet verification, session limits, and support routes are all reachable from the main account screen without navigating away from the lobby. That matters most when you are mid-session on mobile and need to check a Nagad transfer or adjust a limit before the next round.
On a generic platform, wallet history is often one of several sub-menus. On 8999but, your bKash, Nagad, and Rocket transaction references are in the primary account wallet view — visible the moment you open your profile.
Most platforms bury limit tools in compliance sub-pages. Our session controls appear in the account profile alongside your wallet, so adjusting a cool-off period does not require a separate journey through settings menus.
Generic platforms often offer one contact form for all queries. We separate wallet support (live chat), account self-service (profile help section), and formal requests (email) so the right team handles your specific issue.
We display the game studio name on each lobby title — Pragmatic Play, CQ9, Spadegaming and others — rather than aggregating everything under a single brand label. You see who built the game before you load it.
Four elements define how 8999but works in practice. These are not marketing commitments — they are observable features of the account and lobby structure that any signed-in member can verify in their first session. From the studio catalogue to the wallet layout, the platform is configured around the way Bangladesh players actually use it: on mobile, between short sessions, with local payment methods already in hand.
bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are configured as primary deposit routes, not afterthoughts. Each transfer creates a traceable reference in your account wallet, giving you a record you can match to your mobile transaction history without assistance.
The lobby draws from six studios — PlayStar, CQ9, Microgaming, JDB, Pragmatic Play, Spadegaming — with the provider name visible on each title. Titles like BPL Powerplay Slots and Teen Patti Express carry the studio label so you know what you are loading.
Account controls — wallet, session limits, support access — are structured for single-hand navigation on the phone you use daily. Switching from a crash game session to your bKash deposit record takes two taps, not a desktop detour.
Session limits and cool-off settings live in your profile alongside your wallet data. No separate policy journey required. Checking or adjusting your account behaviour is part of the same screen flow as reviewing your deposit history.
Answers to what members ask most when they are getting familiar with the account structure, payment routes, and lobby layout at 8999but.
Open your account wallet from the profile screen. Each bKash transfer shows a deposit reference and the amount logged at the time of the transaction. Match that reference to the confirmation message on your bKash app. If the reference does not appear within the expected window, use the live chat route from your account dashboard.
The lobby at 8999but draws from six studios: PlayStar, CQ9, Microgaming, JDB, Pragmatic Play, and Spadegaming. Each title in the lobby carries the studio label so you can see the provider before loading a session. We do not add studios outside this list.
Session controls sit inside your account profile, in the same area as your wallet history. You do not need to navigate to a separate policy section. Adjustments take effect according to the terms displayed at the time you apply them — read the confirmation screen before confirming a change.
Yes. Your account wallet section is accessible from mobile browser without a desktop detour. Nagad and Rocket deposits each generate a reference entry in the wallet history. The mobile layout keeps wallet, session controls, and support access on the same account screen.
For wallet queries — a Nagad transfer reference, a Rocket deposit not reflecting — use the live chat route available from your signed-in account dashboard. That route connects you to the team with direct access to transaction records. Email support is available for formal requests that need a written trail.
Yes. The sportsbook covers cricket markets including BPL and international fixtures, alongside other sports categories. Availability depends on your local law and eligible region at the time of access. The sportsbook section is accessible from the main lobby navigation alongside slots and live casino.
